This is Fizzy Pop!! She owns a 50s themed cafe with her marefriend, Periwinkle Sprinkle.

Her cutie mark is focused around making various mixed drinks, but she especially loves making the bubbly fruity types.

She inherited her earth pony mothers stocky shape, and she isn't that good at unicorn magic! It's never bothered her though, she doesn't need it anyway.
