So
Nicole is doing inktober this year, but is combining it with an Iron Artist run and doing a lot more than just inks. Day 19 was 'fire', and, well, it seemed highly appropriate for Jenora, so...
There are still a few slots open for the rest of the month if you hurry.

Thanks!
I mean, a lot of the 'simple design' is a product of history, the fact that as a character she dates back to the 1990s and there was a whole lot less of a need to be unique back then. And a lot less text space for descriptions when you were limited to half a dozen lines on the MUCK. But then I also like the design anyway; it's easier to do subtle gradations when you don't have the more obvious patterns.
That said, I'm finally getting an actual ref sheet sometime soon.

I hope it didn't sound negative, because I absolutely adore her design for that reason! I'm all about 'Who your character is' rather than 'What your character is' and Jenora is absoutely brimming with that from her portrayals in art and the stuff I catch from the sidelines in a usual hangout we both know.
Colour me curious to check that out once you've got it :)

No, it didn't sound negative, no worries.
And this is one of the reasons I like getting dancing pictures done; not only are they generally fun for the artist, but they really go for the energy and personality of someone just having fun as well.
And I'll let you know when the ref sheet is done. The artist is unfortunately backed up a bit at the moment, and ref sheets are a fair bit of work, so it may be a while.
