To mark the 20th Anniversary of 1999, a year which really defined my life musically, I figured I'd do an anthem to eternal youth. Dedicated to anyone who felt they had to grow up too fast.

It's in a pop punk style, heavily inspired by Blink 182, and generally intended to convey the feeling of an idyllic childhood. I wanted to write a relentlessly positive and nostalgic song, as these days, no one seems to be doing that.

For the final album I might rerecord the vocals and overdub some real guitar on it (although, I do like the tone of the VST in a layered song like this).
