Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear this piece of your costume.
Im very satisfied with the head. It fits perfectly on me, and it's very comfortable to wear. head is lined with thin layer of cotton material, which makes it very easy to clean and because of that it's really satisfactionable to wear. I love the ventilation, because it is so good that I didn't even feel like I'm wearing something on my head. I never overheated in my suit, even on walks or runs. the vision is really good, but it could be better in my opinion. It's comfortable to see, there is no large blind spot, but sometimes I need to turn my head to see something small.

Appearance Satisfaction
Please describe how satisfied you are with how your costume piece looks from the outside.
I love the look of this head. It matches the design exacly like on picture that I provided to the maker. Marking, and even shaved fur are both so symmetrical. Fur is very soft and is easy to brush. Colors are vibrant and light, I think they look great. Eyes are like "follow-me", but expression is static.

Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear these pieces of your costume.
Hands are very comfortable to wear, but I was having little problems with putting them on. They fit me very well, I can move naturally in them. They don't slide off, it never happened to me. They are very durable, nothing happened to them to this day, they are still like new. Paws are lined just like the head, with thin layer of cotton material.

Appearance Satisfaction
Please describe how satisfied you are with how your costume pieces look from the outside.
My character's paws have easy design, because they are all white, but pawdpads are full of dots. Im actually suprised and very pleased with the fact, that all the dots are hand sewn. the fur is very soft and easy to brush, just like in the head. They are also symmetricly shaved. Pawpads are made with Minky material, colors are awesome. Claws are made from Fimo, I like how they look. Im very happy with the outcome!

Tail is very comfortable to wear. It's very light and fluffy. I don't have any problems with putting it on. Everything is well-made and secure

I am really happy with it. It's fluffly and soft, everything is just like I wanted it to be.

How well does everything fit together and match up?
I am very happy with the outcome! It looks even better than in pictures with examples i recived from maker before i bought the parts! Everything looks great together.


How easy was it to initially contact the maker for a quote?
I contacted my maker when they mentioned opening slots for some summer commisions. I contacted them via Facebook. They told me what they need from me to get my fursuit as good as it can be, everything was very clear to understand.


How satisfied are you with the response time from the maker?
How long did it take the maker to get back to you?
We started on facebook and stayed on facebook till the end of the transaction. Responses were very quickly and good. Any questions that I was having were adressed and explained to me with details.


How satisfied are you with the professionalism and customer service and of the maker?
I am very satisfied. I enjoyed working with them, they treated me like a friend, but were very respectfull at the same time. Everything was explained to me in details, they were no excuses. I consider them very professional and friendly.


How satisfied are you with how long your project took to complete?
I think it was very fast. I was given a place in queue and I was able to follow it live. Shipping was great, I was able to track the package. It arrived to me after 5 days in shipping.


Are you happy with the product you received?
I actually wasn't expecting something like this for that cheap. I am positive that this suit will last a long time. Im very, very happy with it and I will recommend this maker to everybody!


Describe your overall experience with this maker.
I would totally work with them again. I've already recommended them to all of my friends. The fursuits are great for this price range. The suits are made from good quality materials. Communication is great, they can explain everything in details when you ask. I'm very glad that I commisioned them, this was a great experience for me and I'm very happy with final product!
