He wanted his boys Jack and Jasper to be bundled up in straitjackets like the ones from Code Geass. And also panel gagged and locked in separate cells!

His pic description, which I found interesting:

A mysterious villain is rounding up furry OC’s for the sole purpose of displaying them in straitjackets. Who better than Jasper, a psychotic pit-fighter few people would bother to rescue, and Jack Fossker, who despises the idea that anyone should go around kidnapping people indiscriminately, to start?

I’d like to imagine that these two aren’t the only ones our culprit has taken, by the way, nor is the culprit solely interested in mammals. I know a certain lizard, his gryphon friend, and maaaaybe a croc-and-eagle adventuring duo....
