It will happen, she is obviously one of the main antagonist, but not now. Now is setting up her as a veritable obstacle for the main heroine, you know Muko, to eventually defeat. Is time to show that "oh shit Nyarai was holding back so far, and is more vicious and powerfull that we thought!" Moment.

Indeed. In certain cases of fiction, the villains have to show how serious and powerful they can be. It's to set up how bad and powerful they can be, how much of a threat they are, and and serve as a powerful challenge against all the good folks in the story. The heroes in turn will then step up and try the challenge the villains.

What we are witnessing how over these recent pages is the full extent of Nyarai's fighting skills, done in a way we have never seen before. She is showing how powerful and dangerous she can be at full power. That Nyarai is about to kick a massive giant like Adel around shows what an obstacle she is to Muko, our protagonist.

First frame with Nyarai throwing kicks from above. Looks like she's increasing her tempo based on the sound effects (11 kicks in that panel from the sound of it). The second panel where her face turns black and her stripes turn black is a good drawing technique that highlight her murderous intent.

I've been brainwashed by too many tv dramas: I keep thinking Nyarai is an entitled victim-playing visible minority character.
