In the show, Guilmon was innocent and naive, allowing him to be manipulated by Impmon and parented (with varying success) by Takato.

Originally, the idea was that Guilmon would steal more and more of Takato's clothes and wear them, but the sequel that my boyfriend commissioned for me went in a different direction.
(Yeah, honestly, I didn't really go anywhere, I just have a bad sense of the passage of time. I had no idea it had been many months since I last submitted a pic until I glanced at the date for the last one. ^^; )

You know, I actually commissioned a comic about that!
An artist was having a sale, so I hopped on there and she produced two or three pages of some good stuff before she vanished off of the internet forever.
Still pretty good for the price, though, so I'll have to explore the concept in a future project.
