How about have a really big snake approach him who will coil him up leaving his head and feet sticking out. The python will then use it’s tail and forked tongue on his soles and toes.

Certain snake species live in the rainforests of South America.
And because you drew a rainforest scene and said in the description, "how shall we torment him next?", the idea of a big snake being the torment came to my head.
