Wolf Moon

I went outside and I saw the moon. There was something special about it, so I called my father and we took some photos of it. There's a nice ring around the moon as you can see. It's just beautiful, isn't it?

It's called the Wolf Moon, when the moon is closest to the earth and it shines really brightly ^^

Haha that looks almost like the sun it is so bright. I'm mad about the cloud cover last night or else I would have been able to get some awesome shots.

Wasn't it? It was so bright, I thought it was the sun. The light was keeping me awake when I finally decided to sleep at 4 am; it was at the perfect angle so that it would hit me right in the eyes from my window xD'''

Thanks, I used the Canon EF 16-35mm f/2.8L... well actually my dad did. He knows a lot more about cameras than I do, so I let him take the shot. I'm getting there, though! x3

Aw, I missed this last full moon. And usually I make a habit of treating them special. This pic you got here captures it in a terrific light.
