I picked playing up Xenoblade Chronicles 2 after a long break and really got back into it. I love Nia’s sassy attitude! Still have a more to play through, but I wanted to take some time and paint some of the scenery from the game, as it’s all so lovely.
I’m also trying to up my digital watercolor techniques and recently picked up a book on urban sketching that helps a ton. It really broke down the coloring process in a way I was able to really grasp, so I tried putting it into practice on this one.
(The book is The Urban Sketcher by Marc Taro Holmes. The Tea, Milk, Honey concept for applying color just really clicked for me. I hope to try more of this in the future!)
