This was what i cooked for supper, it was liver & onions with boiled potatoes and steamed brocolli. Was so tasty, cooked the liver on a bed of onions, browned them in the bacon fat, then smothered them in the onions and bacon strips and simmered. turned out really tasty.
I'm not sure why i thought i had to upload this pic lol, I guess to those of you who aren't a fan of liver, try doing it this way, it might change your mind, hehe.
