Sure thing! I tend to use incredibly small brushes (0.7 pixels in size) both for the initial sketch and the line work.
I always draw directly onto the 100x100 canvas, so I'm not resizing anything along the way, and rely on the eraser tool to neaten my lines up even further. 'v'
Oh and of course saving it as a .png file to keep the quality high!
