Mei looks drop dead gorgeous in this one, you've really outdone yourself! I love her head tilt, her expression and I really like her outfit here! Also like the way you've drawn Boo here more than any other pic I've drawn of her! The vest is a good look for her. Also love that they're both holding hands, and I just noticed the tails too! Also the soles are exceptional, especially Mei's! The background is nice too, it looks like a space that Boo would live in. Thank you so much!
On a side note, Boo smokes weed, not cigarettes, though I could see Mei enjoying one every once in a while. I do really like the smoke effect and the ash tray is rendered very well.
