It's a reference to "Puro" from the game "Changed" (Which I hate being called).
But since I'm not into Latex-stuffs but love puffyness... It's goo. ^^
Goo is also not sticky like slime, but has the consistency of slime.

Janko's a he? His frame is a little gender neutral without the "gender differences " he appears to be missing. Though I guess if you did draw his junk, you'd have to change the ratings of you comics...
