This is Luca Maxwell, a little-known character of mine from when I was in a cyberpunk enthusiast group.

Luca is a cyber plague doctor inspire by the incredible creative designs of TwoHornsUnited. They are a certified therapist and Pharmacist working for a government run group of scientists and doctors tasked with the goal of curing the worst digitally contracted viruses and diseases afflicting those who have chosen to install E-Brains into their bodies.

Luca is not an easy person to come by, clients don't find their ways to them, they find their way to clients. Maybe you've found yourself in the middle of a dark alley, drifting in and out of consciousness after a rather depressing night out clubbing, you look up after heaving out the contents of you stomach to see two glowing eyes and a brightly animated grin slowly approaching you while a staticy voice tells you "it will all be okay" before you slip out of consciousness one last time. Soon you'll find yourself awaking on a rather comfortable plush couch and be cheerily greeted by those glowing eyes and bright smile once more, but in the more comfortably lit settings of a therapist office designed to look more like a private lounge. Somehow, they always know just what you need to move on and what you can afford to give in exchange for their services.


This doctor has many myths and urban legends surrounding them, due to their extreme, yet subtle, secretive ways.
