Any hero has an arch-nemesis. Perennial's just happens to be the terrible, atrocious, and devious CrossStitch. A banette who above all else, loves having complete control of someone. Sometimes she'll string you up, and control you as her new puppet. But for the less fortunate, you'll end up as a gimp suit. Begging to be worn by another unfortunate soul who your new master shoves inside of you, and zipps you up. That's one very good minion for the price of two civillians. Or in this case, one hero.
