This is a commission that was commissioned by  TRAIN and done by  Cylnx. This will later be upgraded to full detail and color.

JANUARY 11, 2014: SUITLAND, MARYLAND

On Silver Hill Road, across the street from the Greenline D.C. Metro Subway Station and U.S. Census Bureau Building and Campus. An unmarked moving truck is in a parking lot. It is unassuming, and to most, it belongs to some company or business.

However, such is not the case. For inside the cargo area of the parked truck. A group of individuals are overhearing the last of a important conversation.

"Alright everyone, enjoy today and Sunday plus Monday. Because come Tuesday, we hit the ground running. This will be our best opportunity to catch the drop. Do all of you understand?"

"Yes Bessie," the group of voices replied.

"Good, now lets get out of here and gets some breakfast."

As that group departed. The individuals inside the truck, shut off the surveillance devices. And gathered at the center table.

"Well what do you all think?" Mighty Mule inquired.

"We have our work cut out for us gents," Wrath replied.

"Indeed, old man," Howler added. "We need to find this drop and fast."

"I don't think 'the drop' is a point," Mad Hat interjected. "I'm thinking more, of a group."

"A terrorist group, is more like it," Br'er Rabbit called out.

"I agree there Br'er," Daniel Morgan the stag buck said. "From what these ladies have been saying. The drop is gonna make a move."

"Absolutely," Combat nodded. "we just need to know where."

"Bring up the screen." Wraith activated the 3-D Holographic Picture of Colmaton.

"Magnify to building top level," Combat commanded. "Techrat, you and Vortex on?"

"Yeah Sensei."

"Good we need you to pass on to Dyno-Donkey anything we find out. You two understand?"

Vortex replied. "Gotcha, we'll do."

"Uh guys."

"Yeah Phantom?"

"Me and Vermin are wondering, why are we here?"

"It's quite simple Phantom," Howler said. "These...'Cyber-Marshals' are formidable as is this 'DROP' group and MONITOR."

"Yep," Hitmaker chimed in. "And if you and Vermin don't learn about them. You'll get shafted by them."

"Exactly," Combat nodded in agreement. "We all saw them in action yesterday. And we only saw a GLIMPSE of what they can REALLY do."

"Then what else is there to them?" Rockin Robin asked.

"We're partly responsible for their training mate," Howler answered. "Me and Combat helped trained these ladies."

"So that's how they knew many of us," Morgan mused. "They were in disguise, but we now seen their faces."

"Plus, I know a few of them," Combat noted.

"Which ones?"

"Former GAO," Wraith added. "she's the 'MONEY GIRL'.

"One and only."

"Hey guys, we're getting off topic here," Mighty Mule interrupted.

"Yeah, we need find more about this Drop group." Vermin said.

"Everybody take a look here," Howler pointing.

"Palara and 51st Street," Combat pointed to as well.

"Gentlemen, I think we have our first clue," Wraith said.
