Hello to all Pony fans. I want to introduce my first fandom OC - Hekaton Stream is a mysterious pony, with a long and guarded past. Born in a time when King Sombra ruled the Crystal Empire, certain cults arose and raised their young in his image and power - a young Hekaton Stream among them. His magical powers turned to dark purposes, he aided in the designs of his lord for many, many years until Sombra''s undoing.

Sharing some of his lord's banishment, Hekaton was bound in crystal for five hundred years before his power eventually broke him out. So removed from his original purposes and finding a new perspective in this new Equestria, he reflected that his choices had been clouded, perhaps from birth, and he resolved to temper and refine his powers for other deeds, if he could. This transformation within did not go unmarked, however, and both his body and one eye was given to a gentler appearance. Now of mixed nature and calling, he tries to lend himself when he might be needed, in issues of dark magic or nocturnal lore.

Powers and Abilities: Born and raised under the crystal king, Hekaton was schooled in powerful shadow magics, but also in crystal lore and the manipulation of other's will, according to how own needs. He is also very potent and learned in powers and lore of the night. Among these are included such things as a shield, and even a power of decay. The latter, though, has proven difficult to control, as the very earth withers under his hooves when so evoked.
