Hmm.. I think you headed downstairs and seeing her getting ready to train and her teaching you some holds and stuff would be cute. You two watching a sporting event together, maybe getting some sock play from it as she watches her fav team in a close game. You two watching a movie together and you snuggling up with her to see what she'll say or if she'll let it go.
Two things, either she won't really notice if she's really focussed or if she does, she'd be a little uncomfortable at first and think about pulling away but then with it being you she'd sigh and let you stay snuggled and sit with you. Maybe rest her head on yours if you're leaning on her shoulder.
Don't worry, I wouldn't dare hurt her but she's gotta learn! I don't know who this Diana is that she says she pinned but she's going too easy on her.
