Toying with the idea of making this guy a sort of cartoony, campy mad scientist type guy! Maybe his day mode vs night mode could be a Jekyll/Hyde type thing? Idk I'm in a Halloween mood (more so than I normally am lol)

I've also been in a Victorian/Steampunk fashion kinda mood lately, so I combined the two to make this pic. Thoughts?

I mostly wanna give him a personality that I don't usually give my OCs cause I don't wanna be too redundant!
