I also love the background that you drew. My GOD that is one of the most gorgeous moon’s that I have a pleasure to witness on a drawing. And that beautiful moonlight glow around October silhuete is a masterful touch dear. QwQ

And to answer your question, this is my halloween oc, October (yes like the month xD) and her eyes are normally seen as black like this, but they can 'light up', like they are in my icon. Its a whole story thing with her xD
