Little bit of a sequence that I got a while back from wonkalicious staring a few characters from my DnD sessions.

The expanding lion is Ignus my lvl 5 Paladin, and introducing Tommen, an NPC from the campaign silkyharrier is running. Tommen is a fellow White Ridge guardsman like Ignus, if anything the two are patrol buddies.

---Story---
The distance between the Lion Paladin and the Kobold Thief grew larger so to did Ignus's body until Vulcan was long gone and Ignus was left barely able to take another step.

"Ignus!" Tommen yelled running up to the almost spherical lion

"What happened to you!?"

Tommen couldn't help but give Ignus's expanding mass a few curious prods, if not for the situation Tommen would have probably commented on just how soft Ignus felt.

Ignus still set on trying to catch Vulcan between heavy breaths informed Tommen that Vulcan was getting away.

"W-What?" Tommen stuttered.

While Ignus went off to chase Vulcan, Tommen and the group were able to fend off the bandits. Tommen informed Ignus of this, Ignus gave a sigh of relief to hear that no one was injured.

"He went that way" Ignus pointed with a comically puffy paw.

"Nevermind him for now, what about you?" Tommen yelped as he watched Ignus bloat out more.

"You're still blowing up!"

Ignus wanted to interject and advise that he still wanted to go after Vulcan, but with his body continuing to swell and him losing complete mobility, he relented.
