健康を願って乾布摩擦をしてみました。
ガタイよくなっちゃったけど、これで大丈夫かしら。

ちなみに、乾布摩擦っていうのは昔の日本で習慣になっていた健康法で
乾いたタオルでゴシゴシ身体をこすります。
今やってる人ほとんど見ないけどね。
