Seems a police officer already come into the scene to investigate the case, he's parking his car near Sapporo TV tower in Odori Park... After 5 minutes of investigating, police officer named Suteko-San closed the case and found flakes of red scales and an old claw sheath near the scene... Do you know who's the suspect ? 🤔
