Just an FYI, his plug is actually under him between his legs.

There are 2 canon versions of Mr. Patch: the 1st and most representative is from Banjo-Tooie, where he has his valve between the legs. The 2nd is from Nuts and Bolts, and here Mr. Patch has his valve at the center of his belly.
I used a mix of elements from both for my version

I guess they changed it in the other game either for the somewhat unlucky placement of it or because of the change from just a bouncy toy Dinosaur to an airborne blimp of a toyish Dinosaur. In N&B, Mr.Patch is seen floating belly downwards, like a parade float. Could be they wanted people to be able to see the valve better would be my second guess.

I doubt it was an "unlucky" placement considering all the shit Rare pulled in Banjo Kazooie/Tooie.

Another wonderful set of drawings from both batches of patches. (sorry, but I had to. XD).

It's so great that our communication was always so well, Ladone. We saw together whenever there were little contradictions, things missing or which colors were needed based of other drawings. Shiny still has that amzing and unique look in this form and there is a swell dynamic in his happy experimenting and discoveries as he tries out this big and bouncy body.
You can see from his faces that he's quite in thespirits, having no issue with burping or coughing out toys like bubbles and seeing them bop and roll oaround. If he'd have some dudes coming along, I'm sure that Shiny would do his best and gift them all to everybody he sees. Perhaps he should apply for a job as Mr.Patch stand-in at that theme park or fair closeby. He'd surely enjoy himself.

I gotta exclaim once more how pretty everything got illustrated. It's as fun as playing a colorful video game and seeing Shiny up in that main (and final one of the initial tenth) panel from the first commission set leaves one with the impression of that the happy Totodile feels amazing as such a wobbly fellow.
It all is thanks to your great efforts and joy in what you are doing, Ladone. Please, keep at it and don't change. ^_^
