It's a scene from my story which includes one of my favourite character, Tona Hasmir. She is asking for help from dark entities, calling them each with magic words and forbidden phrases, holding a dagger (inspired by the nepalese "phurba dagger") in her hand, in case if these dark spirits would try to absorb her soul. It is believed that the blood itself has a protective effect if it's spilled on the right combination of runes.
