I like it - nice smooth flow-through and good impact. The slight bouncing is perhaps a bit odd - almost like a twitch.
As for context... heh, I imagine this is part of Deborah's training each day. Just like everyone does the usual exercises, she probably leans up against the heavy bag and asks for at least a hundred belly punches. Probably that roo friend of hers doing it too. ;)
