So I was bored one day, started development on this character, never made a Toon or Toon-like character before so, you know! xP juuuust as a quickie! Here's a bio!

Height: 5 ft
In a place, a time, a universe, somewhere! This teasey speedy bird gets into all sorts of weird antics! They take advantage of their feathers to tickle people and use their speed to run off before they get caught!... Though confident and cocky looking, it's another story when he's on the receiving end! Getting shy and pouty and blushy and pretending not to like it (even though he clearly does, eh! who knew!)
Seems where ever he is, he follows a Zoom around too.. Wonder what exactly "Atooned" means.. Hmmmm
