~ ~ ‘Through the fire and the flames we carry on,...’ ~ ~

“So, you remember that weird night I told you about, where I wound up in some strange underground place, fighting Queen La in some kind of muddy cage? Well, after the fight I found myself back home again, yet even after a much-needed bath the whole event left me unsettled and with a lot of questions. I went to the gateways and found that the place seemed to be in their ‘memory’, so I could possibly go back there, but I wasn’t going to go back alone, especially since I ended up having to fight the first time I was there.

I went and found my friends Hula Girl and Lucia and told them all about it, and they agreed to help, so before long we were at the gateways trying to go back to that strange place, and ready for any trouble we might encounter,…

But something must have gone wrong, because we wound up some place else, somewhere called ‘The Brickhouse Bar’. It seemed a place where people went to eat, and drink,… especially drink,… as well as just relax. Certainly not a muddy underground fighting cage,…

As we looked around we seemed to draw a lot of attention, then Hula Girl was quickly recognized by her ‘fans’ and spent some time signing ‘auto-graphs’ and letting them take pictures with her. It was then that Lucia spotted something called a ‘Karr-ee-oh-key’ stage, and explained that it was something people could use to sing songs on, which sounded fun. So, we decided to give it a try, while Hula Girl found herself some more ‘presentable’ clothes.

Throughout the night though I caught glimpses of some odd wolfperson, first hiding under the bar, when I was getting more drinks, later peeking out from some backroom, when I was getting some more food,… they have some really good food there I had never tried before, I’m not sure what ‘Buff-a-lows’ are, but their wings are very tasty,… but the wolfman, he seemed very fearful, and like he was trying to avoid us,… but that was hardly the strangest thing going on that night, so I didn’t think much of it.

We may not have found what we were looking for, but we had a really good time, eating, drinking and singing together there.”

A picture from the Tuesday Chibi Stream of  shonuff44 My new character Ember singing Karaoke with Sho's character Hula Girl, in the Brickhouse Bar.

A picture I've had in mind for a long time, and now that I have a reference for my character, I was finally able to do. Just a fun picture, Hula Girl looks great, and I am so happy with how Ember turned out in Sho's Chibi style,... isn't she an adorable little jungle warrioress? :D

Edited 09/25/20; With prompting, and some clever ideas, from Jurgenblue I decided it was time to update this, my first stream picture of Ember, and give it a proper description and story. Enjoy :)
