So, I kbnow I said I wasn't going to get involved in this, but the concept is really nice, and it grows on you...
I figure that the PCA would have a tech division - for the developement and maintanence of the technology they already have.
Silphert is a Pachirisu and a total cad. He enjoys tinkering with his robots, but seems to have some problems just chumming with other 'mons.
He DOES Know how to battle, he just chooses not to. He sees his hands as his livelyhood, and thus knows mostly long distance attacks.
Grade: Sophomore
Moves: To be determined at a later date. (He's still in the developement phase)
Quirks: Fastidiuosly clean and almost anal about his surroundings, he never goes anywhere without his trusty mini-comb.
He is very self conscious about the fact that he's so short (He's only 4' 9"), and is very short tempered whenever his hieght difference is even alluded at.
He has a secret weakness for biscotti, and will do most anything to get his hands on the hard nut strewn cookie.
He collects old movies and will go to extreme lengths to procure the rarer ones.
Oh - and he's homosexual - if you can get him to pay attention to you, and not his machines.
Any other questions would be nice, as it would help me flesh out his character. (besides move sets - those I have to work out on my own...)

Mostly Pokeballs. He seems to have this dream of having a custom Pokeball shop when he gets out of school. He already knows how to make them do Pyrotechnics and make them glow different colors and such. He's been working on a prototype for a new kind of Pokeball that will not only store large amounts of things, but that will allow itself to be stored inside other Pokeballs.
He runs into problems with doing this kind of work however, as his fur is like that sock that you take out of the dryer that clings to everything - times 10....
