Beautiful art. I love the concept of this, the bubbles emerging like smoke from the vase in his arms drowning him. To me it's a metaphor of how in life there are things that suffocate us, torture us, make us feel like it's impossible to stay alive any longer, things that would make us a lot better off if we throw it away, and yet we just don't throw it away, we keep it close to ourselves, we even protect it. We are born in paradox and will live in paradox after paradox, until eventually, we will die in one final paradox.
