Uh oh.... Um, yeah. I'm not sure if I should rate this as mature or not, because uh....
While we all know that Walter Bixby is no longer part of the world of the living… there are mummified pharrohs, people who have litterally had their brains scooped out of their noses because the Egyptians thought that the brain was worthless (Ironic since there is evidence in Egypt that there had been successful brain surgeries done in Acheint Egypt... Must have been Imhotep's work.) Any whoo, there are brainless Pharrohs that know better than to taunt the Egyptian Gods, Especially SET.
Trigger Warning Now. Skip the next couple of strips if you don't wish to see violence.

I prefer the old idiom of, "You'd be surprised what you can live through."
Especially since they are even in the Land of the Dead. Heck, this is the (for lack of a better word) "heaven" section.

Honestly whenever I think of the phrase "I'm already dead!" or "I can't die!" I just think of Hell, the actual Hell, literally everyone there is 'already dead' yet they are still in lots and lots and lots of agony. So, yeah, saying you are already dead kinda just opens you up to worse forms of torture as opposed to saving you from it in my opinion XD
Well, asside from the fact that Set actually has no authority in the Land of the Dead.
When it comes to Egyptian Mythology (at least), the Land of the Dead does have it's divisions, but all you need to do to get into the "Heaven" section is to pass "The Last Judgement of Hunefer" (You know, weighing your heart against the feather of truth on the scales.) After that, pretty much once you're in, you're in. Clearly Walter here cheated to get in (yes, there is a spell written in the Book of the Dead to do just that.), but that's to be expected.
(Given the Book of the Dead, describes all kinds of trials and tribulations that mummies have to go through in order to reach The Final Judgement, I'm ignoring those parts as they really seem pointless for the sake of this story.)
