Markus let out a soft chuckle as he pressed himself up against one of the Blaziken’s huge toes, pecking it with a soft kiss before nuzzling up against it again. Honestly, the little guy knew this wasn’t entirely safe, but given Leif’s recommendation, it was a risk he was willing to take. And for the most part he actually trusted Fowler.
The Blaziken squinted down at the pipsqueak hanging onto his toes. He couldn’t say he cared much for the little fellow or his apparent affection for his feet, at the moment Fowler was little more than a glorified babysitter while Leif was away on business. Given the opportunity, the Blaziken would have happily tossed the nosy little bugger into his mouth and swallowed him without a second thought, but he had to admit, for once he didn’t really feel the immediate urge to. His facial features hiding a carefully masked smile, Fowler decided that he didn’t really mind this; Markus was doing a pretty good job massaging his feet after all.
