"Begin audio prompt in 3... 2... 1..." "Hello? Uh, hello, hello?"

It's the characters you hear, but never see, Phone Guy and Cassette Man (or Henry) portrayed in this series by Professor Utonium and the ORIGINAL Mayor, ALL the way back from the first PPG cartoon (under the PPG name, at least) "Meat Fuzzy Lumpkins".

Why not make it the canon Mayor, instead? If I had to give an explanation it's probably because, I'm sad to say, of his short stature. I felt the spot wouldn't have worked for him and went with the old mayor, instead. Though doing this made me realize how, um, unique old Townsville characters were drawn before the series went full time (and even then it was still weird on occasion).

This was originally going to be the 3rd picture for the month, but given who the character in the other picture is, them being the final one makes more sense in the long run.
