What a snazzy lookin' critter. :3
Lemme start by saying I quite like this picture. It's rather spiffy. Would probably make me think of the 1920s if there weren't a jukebox back there.
Now, to the critique. The pose and slightly shady, yet cultured attitude are very well done. Upon close inspection, the right leg's knee may bend a tad early, but it's not to noticeable. I may, in fact, even be wrong about that. What else may just be me is that the hands seem a tad small. They've got nice positions about them, quite natural looking and all. They just seem a bit small. The hat, presuming that it should be along the lines of a fedora, should maybe look a bit more angular. See, if you work on the picture anymore, if you can make the crown look a little more slanted, as it seems kind of cylindrical and flat at the time. The footpaws look quite good, though the one's bottom could use a tad more shape definition, something that can be given with some well-placed shading.
All in all, it looks really quite excellent.
