Wait, she did fart. Didn't she? I can see a little onomatopoeia for a fart below the megalania. I wonder what that'll do. I'd assume it would make him bloated, and, when you're bloated, you feel gassy. So, I think he would expel her gas through a fart or belch. I don't know if that is scientifically true, but it makes some sense to me.
