One night on Halloween a thieving fox was caught in the cargo bay of a ship looting material goods to sale. However the crew did not take to kindly to the unlucky little pest. They of course appended the fox and dragged him to the captain. Now the captain was merciful yet cruel in a way. “Thieving fox abord my ship? Take him to the brig and lock him in the Stocks.” The crew then dragged the fox to the brig where they interned a storage apartment where they kept tea and spices. In the corner of the room sat a set of ankle stocks with yoke like pillory laying beside it. The fox didn’t even fight and layed his ankles in the Stocks which was shut with a loud clang. Then two other crew members proceeded to restrain his neck and wrists in the yoke like device. All stocked up and ready for the voyage. the crew members then they walked out of the room. However one of them felt that there was something strange about this Fox. He didn’t fight or struggle, he seemed to know how the Stocks worked and he actually seemed to be enjoying himself in the Stocks. Did the fox plan to get caught on purpose?
