Shaking things up, I'm adding a few human characters to the Pine Falls roster, the first of which being Detective Kevin Hughes. I decided to add some humans to the city for the sake of diversity -- it already has anthro animals, feral animals, Pokémon, Digimon, kobolds, dragons, and who knows what else in the future... so why not humans as well?

As for Kevin here, he's a detective in the Pine Falls Police Department. A genuinely good cop who's observant and excellent at solving cases, Kevin also has the "minor flaw" of consistently getting in over his head and ending up in the stomach of whatever criminal he's trying to arrest. Of course, this only helps make the case against that criminal even easier to prove when he returns with backup, so there are some on the force that think he actually does it on purpose.

(He doesn't, for the record. He just gets unlucky. :p )
