Info: The smallest cat in town, Splat was born along with his brother Miracle on streets, but sadly their mother got hit by a car during labor. They were then raised by a orange stray kitten known as Faith then eventually adopted by Oreo. Overall, Splat is a very energetic tiny cat who chases any moving objects that catches his eye. He even runs in circles, chasing his own tail.
