It is a well known fact that Dwemple will literally pet anything that is soft and furry, and if it purrs then she might just steal it XD She would probably have 100 cats if her friends let her. But what's the deal with Waffle purring? Scarlet says that she can get Waffle to purr but apparently Dwemple can't. I can't imagine why :B
