Oookay so you all probably wont remember her, but there is an explanation
Name is Rotelia ( http://fav.me/d87i4ii ), she is a combat-centinel robot (in fact she haves a gun on that giant arm!) and she has been without art a lot!
I have been doing a little experiment doing radical different-clothes drawing of my characters, and this one looked so cool so I decided go and clean it -w-
