Tech the dragon is quite a unique creature, someone you can say was made for tickling. With all the feathery fluff along the length of his body, in addition to his soft bristle-like claws, it is easy for him to coil up his victims as he sees fit. In this case, that victim was Nehb. Poor snake was taken high up to Techs domain, taking on his arsenal of tickle techniques. :3

Nehb I suppose could perhaps take some small comfort in not possessing feet and therefore at least being spared all the suffering that might involve since it would appear that he's ticklish just about everywhere and given all the variety of tickling methods at Tech's disposal and his methodical approach Tech really is made for tickling. I imagine though he'd be able to coil around and subdue just about everyone and no matter how strong or agile you might be or how many layers of clothing those feathery strands would be probing for your ticklish spots, and you'd feel the stroke of those bristly claws and you'd be completely at his mercy. I imagine though that he's a dragon whom won't really listen to pleas for mercy but just keep tickling until his victim is just too exhausted and driven out of their mind for it to be fun any more.
Still for all that he seems a real tickle monster, Tech really is a beautiful dragon so I think it would be worth getting tickled by him.

Hey, um...As the owner of the character in question (or really in a certain sense, the very person you’re talking about) I have to say that I honestly don’t appreciate your statement about Tech being a merciless and sadistic tickler. I came up with his design with the intention of having him be an over the top but simultaneously playful and enjoyable tickler. Cruelty and “driving them out of their mind until it’s not fun anymore” were absolutely never my intent, and hearing that said about my own persona is genuinely a bit hurtful, because if that’s the kind of feeling his design gives off, then that means that I’ve failed in my goals.
