It would make sense for the Tanuki God to have some form of time stopping powers. Since he also have the power to curse his victims to be forever nude by stealing all of their clothes throughout their entire timeline, of their past, present and future. But I can see that his time stopping abilities might be limited to anything perverted or lewd related things like stealing the enemy's clothes and/or putting them in a embarrassing lewd position or even put them in a embarrassingly lewd outfit.

Yes-You're absolutely right. He cannot cause physical harm to frozen enemies-He can only strip them or pose them or tie them up-that sort of thing :)

Sorry for taking a long time to finally reply the site wasn't letting me login pretty much all day. I figured his power works like something like that. He have the power to alter a person's timeline, stop time, warp reality, put powerful curses on anyone and his power grow from anyone's embarrassment of their unexpected nudity that is cause directly or indirectly by him (not really sure but I also think he even get stronger from his enemies' nakedness or something). But his powers is limited to things that revolve around embarrassing his enemies with nudity and lewd embarrassment and can't do any physical harm to his victims. Thus making him both very powerful and very weak but due to his cleverness and craftiness he is able uses his powers pervy restrictions to his advantage to make himself powerful.
