Not much design wise has changes besides his new coat and goggles! He's going to be part of the main story. He's going to be one of the few villains that goes after a group, mostly Charlie, Brian, and Kevin. He looks for beauty and tends to preform surgery to help with that. But he can steal what he thinks is the perfect beauy to give to his jelly slime minions. So he steal hair, arms, legs, hands, skin, ect. He goes after those boy for their beauty, exept Creeps and Vincent, for one is too greasy as the other fat, don't want that stretched skin.
