Picardy's lower half, sans tail. Nice fluffy bird thighs and scrawny chickenlegs.

Not sure what you mean. It was my own design. Thin quilt batting (to give contour to an otherwise flat surface) sandwiched between Lycra on one side and 4-way stretch PVC on the other. Spray glued them together then used a triple stitch stretch stitch for leg-lines. The calves are just tubes, while the feet were patterned in the usual way, then pulled tight over the foam shape and glued with e6000 to the 1/2" vibram soles I attached to the bottom of an old pair of shoes. I think there are other reference images in my gallery.
Did you mean Cobb? ;) And generally, you make your own pattern based on the foam form beneath. In my case, I used the batting to pad the shape, but you can also stuff it with poly fill to hide the irregularities of the foam shape Anyway, here's a good visual example of what to do.

Basically, carve your foam and make the foot shape, then cover it with duct tape. Draw on the duct tape where think the seams should be, then use a box cutter or scissors to cut the pieces up, then carefully peel the taped segments off the foam. Use those tape segments as your pattern, and mark where each pattern segment joins to the other. It's exactly the same way you pattern a head.
