Done feet tops. 4-way stretch vinyl with batting buffer and stiched-surface. The whole 'skin' was pulled down over the feet shaped and sewn with stitches and then glued with E6000 industrial rubber adhesive. A 1/4" heavy-duty Vibram sole was added later.
