A gift for my best friend  rockytoonzcomics

Here is a picture that I did for a gift for my best friend  rockytoonzcomics A picture of his original character, Joy Summer in my original artwork style, in she wears as Mitiz Avery from "Tiny Toon Adventures" it's for Inktober gift. After being able to check out some different great newer idea cartoon artwork that was been done by pal recently, I was in the mood for drawing a picture involving pal's character in making it look very too sexier, and I decided to draw her in the cosplay that I normally draw with my original artwork as well. For this picture I've done, I was able to drew Joy Summer holding up a syringe needle meant for one of there patients while also standing in her costumer are VERY beautiful as Mitiz Avery. As I was using the picture of my MS Paint in, I was able to use a blue and white sparkles for the background, and I decided not to adding shading. The picture turned out very nice after being completed, and I hope he will love it no matter what.
