Ahhh it does feel good to work on a female...

A gift for a good friend of mine, even if we don't talk as much as we used to, due to her studies.... still our conversations make me smile each time.

I suck at drawing, so my gifts aren't worth much, but since Blackie draws a lot of sketches... one thing led to another. I am glad she likes it.

This time I tried to add a bigger contrast of light and shadow, not sure if it looks good... Oh and the background was inspired by Persona 4's close ups... you know, the blue eye close up... hence the light blue lines. I thought it'd give it a dynamic look which does remind me of CYBER SPACE, which could be related to what Blackie holds, but whatever... Also the background has the blue colors giving it a horizontal dynamic, but the shadows I added are under an angle, corresponding to Blackie's pose... I hope the effect is good...
