Farmers often wonder what could feasibly do so much damage to their pumpkin fields in a single night - surely wildlife would actually eat the things, and not leave stringy innards strewn about willy-nilly? One farmer in particular tends to spin wild tales about a colossal drake that romps through the fields at night, giving off an eerie green glow, but most don't listen anymore. It's the same thing every year, after all.
