'I'm So Much Stronger Now' ~
I took a break from working on commissions for a half-hour because I felt something shift after the dream I had last night.
I'm finally facing my demons, but sometimes they weren't demons - they were another side of myself. Here we have me, Thrasher - and myself, T-Bone. (My male fursona/persona.)
I struggle with a deep internal battle with Gender Dysphoria to the point I shoved it away putting my fingers in my ears and screaming bloody murder to ignore it. That doesn't work.
It never worked.
Its time I embrace myself, I am Thrasher.
I am a lion in a human's body, I am Therian.
I am Thrasher, but also T-Bone. I am female by birth, but i've known since I was very young something wasn't right.
I have Gender Dysphoria, and yknow what? Thats okay.
I'll discover my true gender identity once I start accepting help and advice.
All I know is, right now, i'm going to embrace whatever life throws at me. Whatever my heart tells me. Whatever my mind tells me, i'll just be Thrasher.
Just because I struggle, doesn't mean i'm alone in this.
Even my partner, Simba and I have discussed perhaps its time I try and pass as a male. Once I know, it'll click into place.
